Vyvyan Tsui practises business law with a focus on real estate transactions, corporate commercial law, commercial leasing and wills and estates.  Prior to establishing Sincerity Law Group in 2015, Ms. Tsui have started her former firm, Tsui & Cao Law Corporation, as a founding partner in 2011 and practised corporate commercial and banking law at a renowned international law firm.

Annie Zhu - Paralegal

Annie assists the firm’s practice in the areas of Wills & Estates, Corporate Commercial, Private Lending and Real Estate transactions. She began her legal assistant career at Tsui & Cao Law Corporation in 2014, and then, joined Sincerity Law Group in 2015.

Annie has a Master of Arts in International Communications from the University of Nottingham. She received the Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Vancouver Community College (VCC) in 2013, and is currently completing the Paralegal Diploma program at VCC. In her leisure time, Annie enjoys travelling and watching movies.

Esther Chow - Corporate Manager (604 Company Services Ltd.)

Esther Chow holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies from Hong Kong and a MBA from Spain.  Esther is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. Prior to co-founding 604 Company E-Services Ltd., Esther held the position of Director of Human Resources and Communications in a unionized non-profit organization.

Outside the business realm, Esther finds joy in exploring the world through travel, expressing creativity through baking, and indulging in arts & crafts projects.

Yuki Wong - Corporate Clerk

Yuki Wong is currently completing her Paralegal Diploma program at Vancouver Community College (VCC). She has 5+ years working experience as an administrative clerk prior to joining Sincerity Law Group in 2019. Yuki’s work is focused in the area of corporate law, BC company incorporations and currently manages over 250+ companies.

In her leisure time, Yuki enjoys travelling and trying different kinds of sports. She is also passionate about the outdoors and nature.
